My name is Ray Sehgal, and I’m a real estate professional based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, working with BG Realty. But my work goes far beyond buying and selling property — it’s rooted in a deeper understanding of people, community, and the challenges many face when it comes to housing.
As a student of Gabor Maté’s work, I’ve developed a strong awareness of how trauma, addiction, and intergenerational cycles of hardship shape people’s lives. I understand that housing insecurity is often not just a financial issue — it’s connected to deeper struggles that require compassion, stability, and long-term solutions.
This perspective has changed how I approach real estate.
I don’t just see properties — I see opportunities to create environments where people can feel safe, rebuild, and move forward.
